Abstract

The present invention describes compounds that modulate the oxidoreductase indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase and compositions containing such compounds. The present invention also provides the use of such compounds and compositions for the treatment and / or prevention of a range of different diseases, disorders and conditions mediated by indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase, including cancer and immune-related disorders.
