Abstract

The invention provides an apparatus and method for docking OpenStack and a virtual enterprise environment. The apparatus comprises: a router connected with an external network and providing network service for an internal network; a physical switch serving as the core of the internal network and obtaining network resources for the router; OpenStack docked with a virtual system via the physical switch and used for creating and managing a vxlan network in the virtual environment; and the virtual system docked with the OpenStack via the physical switch and used for providing a docking environmentand forming a docking framework. The method comprises the following steps: S1, connecting the OpenStack with the virtual system via data by using the router and the physical switch; S2, forming the docking framework corresponding to an OpenStack driving layer by the virtual system; and S3, creating the vxlan network in the virtual environment by the OpenStack driving layer. The network docking sperformed on the OpenStack and the virtual system to form the vxlan network service in the docking virtual environment of a neutron network in the OpenStack, and the mutual communication problem of idnumber limitation and cross machine room of vxlan is solved.
