Abstract

A protocol conversion wireless gateway with the content as the center is used as an internet communication interface of a backbone network and a wireless sensor network for achieving the functions of protocol conversion and storage forwarding and achieving data communication of two networks based on content modes. The protocol conversion wireless gateway is composed of an ARM plate which is connected with the backbone network in a wired mode, receives data packages sent by the backbone network and is used for conducting analysis and protocol conversion on the data packages, and a sink node which is connected with the wireless sensor network in a wired mode and is used as an aggregation node. The ARM plate is in data communication with the sink node through a usb port. The ARM plate is provided with a usb port monitoring unit, a ccnb unit and a ccnd unit which are in series connection. The sink node is not involved in analysis processing of the data packages and is only in charge of forwarding the data packages. The wireless gateway enables the operation steps for achieving internet communication of the two networks to be simple and easy, data conversion operation is achieved on a network layer, the system overhead of data package transmission and analysis is reduced, and the high efficiency of data communication is kept.
