The device comprises a low turbulence silent wind tunnel, a test platform, a force measurement balance, a smoke generator, an LDV laser velocity measurement device, a dielectric barrier discharge plasma flat plate turbulence drag reduction device,and the test platform is fixedly arranged in an experimental segment of the low turbulence silent wind tunnel and comprises a fixing support, a zero-pressure gradient flat plate and a guide rail.
