Abstract

The invention discloses a novel mixed modulation method based on visible light communication. The method comprises the steps of performing serial-parallel conversion on two random sequence signals toacquire two parallel signals; performing PPM modulation on one converted signal to acquire a PPM modulation signal; performing PAM-DMT modulation on the other converted signal to acquire a PAM-DMT signal; using a PPM signal to control superposition of the PAM-DMT signal and the PPM signal with different polarities to acquire a mixed modulation signal; after performing digital-to-analogue conversion on the mixed modulation signal, sending the converted signal to an optical receiver via an optical transmitter; performing analogue-to-digital conversion on the signal received by the optical receiver; separating the signal has been subjected to analogue-to-digital conversion; and separately performing pulse phase demodulation and PAM-DMT demodulation on the separated PPM signal and the PAM-DMTsignal to acquire the original two random sequence signals. According to the method provided by the invention, mixture of two physical layer channels is achieved, dual-data single channel transmissionis achieved, and bandwidth efficiency of a visible light system is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a communication hybrid modulation method. In particular, it involves a new hybrid modulation method based on visible light communication. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the rapid development of communication technology and electronic equipment, more and more users have smart devices that can access the Internet, and people have higher and higher requirements for high-speed broadband multimedia communication. However, due to the narrow spectrum range of the traditional radio frequency communication system, the available communication bandwidth cannot meet the increasingly high bandwidth requirements. Coupled with people's panic about electronic radiation, radio frequency communication is gradually unable to meet future communication needs. Visible light communication has attracted more and more attention due to its wide bandwidth and green LED radiation. [0003] As the core of visible light communication ...
