The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: in a solid-state disk controller, judging whethersub-pages in a wordline where a currently written data page is located are completely written or not, and the sub-pages in the wordline are completely written, directly updating a mapping table afterthe data page is written, wherein the mapping table records a mapping relationship between a logic address and a physical address; and if the sub-pages in the wordline are not completely written, writing the mapping relationship, between the logic address and the physical address, corresponding to the written data page into a newly added temporary mapping table after the data page is written, wherein the temporary mapping table is re-initialized when the solid-state disk controller is power off and restarted. According to the method, when the data of all the sub-pages on the same wordline iscompletely written, the corresponding mapping relationship between the logic address and the physical address is updated into the mapping table, so that unpredictable influences caused to systems by data loss are prevented.
