Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent shelf management system, which comprises RFID tags, which are attached to each material box, each RFID tag being internally written with unique identification UIDof the corresponding material box; RFID readers, which are mounted on a shelf backboard, are in one-to-one correspondence to the material boxes and are used for collecting radio-frequency signals emitted by the RFID tags on the material boxes; an intelligent terminal, which is used for reading Lot ID of articles to be processed from an electronic worksheet, then, reading UID of the RFID tags corresponding to the material boxes placing the articles to be processed to form mapping information of the articles to be processed and the material boxes, and transmitting the mapping information to a local computer; the local computer, which is used for inquiring mapping information existing in the local computer, and notifying workers to place cargos according to a preset method; and a control server, which is used for associating worksheet number, material box bar code number, material box RFID number and material box number to generate a material box resume form, and sending the material boxresume form to an enterprise manufacturing execution system.
