The invention discloses a high-performance city CA model building method based on vectoring and parallel computing. The method includes: building a city land utilization matrix, wherein a matrix element corresponds to each cell, and matrix space corresponds to cellular space; dividing the cellular space into multiple sub spaces, and distributing the sub spaces to different processors; integratingneighboring cells at a same position in a neighborhood of each central cell to form a neighborhood set of each sub space in different directions; adopting a memory vector means to realize informationexchange between each two adjacent processors and to transmit cellular information of adjacent sub area boundaries; realizing neighborhood density computing, conversion probability computing and cellular state conversion of different sub spaces through matrix operation; combining simulation results of all sub spaces to acquire a final city expansion simulation result. By the method, a vectored andparallel cellular automatic machine model is built and applied in city expansion simulation, and city expansion can be simulated more efficiently and quickly.
