The embodiment comprises: receiving a CS obtaining request sent by a terminal, wherein the CS obtaining request comprises an address of a first access point AP connected withthe terminal and an address of the terminal; according to the address of the first access point AP, determining a first measurement AP from a first storage AP; sending a second CSI measurement request to the first measurement AP, wherein the second CSI measurement request comprises the address of the terminal to allow the first measurement AP to monitor first business data sent by the terminal according to the address of the terminal; receiving first measurement data, wherein the first measurement data comprises first CSI which is obtained though channel estimation of the first business databy a terminal measurement AP, and the terminal measurement AP is an AP of the first business data received in the first measurement AP; and sending the first measurement data or a first processing result to the terminal, wherein the first processing result is obtained by the first measurement data.
