An embodiment of the invention discloses an interface display method, an interface display device and a terminal, and belongs to the field of human-computer interaction. The method includes the steps:displaying at least one display control in a folding display screen when a posture of the terminal changes; receiving selection signals for the display controls; displaying a user interface on the folding display screen according to display modes indicated by the selected display controls. The display controls comprise at least one of a full-screen display control, a split-screen display control,a single-screen display control and a keyboard display control. Compared with a fact that the terminal displays the user interface in the folding display screen by the aid of a default display mode,the terminal can adaptively provide a plurality of suitable display modes for users according to change conditions of the posture of the terminal, so that display modes of the folding display screen meet user expectation, and the display modes of the folding display screen are enriched.
