The invention provides a power system and a controlling method thereof and a transportation tool. The power system comprises a superconductivity energy storage device, a driving device and a superconductivity motor. The superconductivity energy storage device comprises a first shell, a superconductivity coil and a superconductivity electric generator, a superconductivity part of the superconductivity electric generator and the superconductivity coil are both arranged in a superconductivity environment in the first shell. The superconductivity motor comprises a second shell and a motor body, and the motor body is arranged in a superconductivity environment in the second shell. A rotary shaft of the driving device is connected with a rotary shaft of the superconductivity electric generator,the superconductivity electric generator is electrically connected with the superconductivity coil, and the superconductivity coil is electrically connected with the power supply end of the superconductivity motor. The superconductivity coil conducts stored electric energy to the superconductivity motor, so that the superconductivity motor drives a driving structure of a vehicle to rotate, provides power for the vehicle and improves the energy storage efficiency of a superconductivity system.
