The method includes steps of: sending an ROA information maintenance request to an RPKI server, wherein the ROA information maintenance request includes identity authentication information corresponding to a BGP device; realizing an ROA information maintenance function in a condition of receiving authorization returnedby the RPKI server according to the identity authentication information corresponding to the BGP device, wherein the ROA information maintenance function includes a function of generating ROA information and / or an agent publishing ROA information; and performing ROA information maintenance according to the ROA information maintenance function. The disclosed information maintenance method and device can enrich the generation methods and maintenance methods of ROA information and ensure the effective operation of the source AS verification system.
