Problems solved by technology

[0002] In recent years, food dyeing has brought safety hazards to consumers and put pressure on regulators
At present, "dyed navel oranges" appear in some markets, and at the same time bring a relatively large negative impact on the navel orange industry
However, domestic and foreign research on navel oranges mostly focuses on the detection of internal quality indicators (such as total sugar, total acid, sugar-acid ratio, soluble solids, etc.) pesticide residue detection and heavy metal detection, and the detection of navel orange dyes is relatively less. Existing detection methods mostly use high-performance liquid chromatography, which has cumbersome pretreatment steps and high detection costs and long time

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying a dyed orange based on near infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting data and establishing a qualitative model:collecting spectral data of collection points on the surface of an orange sample, dividing the spectral data into a prediction set and calibration set, and establishing the qualitative model; (2) carrying out major component analysis: performing spectral correction, determining the major component according to the cluster of the qualitative model in a corrected image, and carrying out data dimension reduction on independent variables having a correlation; and (3) identifying the dyed orange through the major component analysis. The method has the advantages of simplicity in operation and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of food dyeing identification, in particular to a method for identifying dyed oranges based on near-infrared spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] In recent years, food dyeing has brought safety hazards to consumers and pressure on regulators. At present, "dyed navel oranges" appear in some markets, and at the same time bring a relatively large negative impact on the navel orange industry. Existing detection methods mostly use high-performance liquid chromatography, which has cumbersome pretreatment steps and high detection costs and long time.
