The method comprises the steps that A1, a TDMA star network which takes a master node as a center is established; A2, the master node establishes a three-level frame structure andsends broadcast information to sub-nodes; A3, the sub-nodes receive the broadcast information and then enter silent receiving states until the sub-nodes have to-be-sent business; A4, the sub-nodes send time slot request frames to the master node; A5, the master node receives the time slot request frames sent by the sub-nodes and allocates time slots to new requests of the sub-nodes through utilization of an online time slot allocation mechanism; A6, the master node broadcasts a time slot allocation scheme in a next superframe; and A7, the sub-nodes receive and analyze the time slot allocationscheme.
