The novel quick defoaming bacteriostatic hand sanitizer is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 3 to 7 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 6 to 12 percent of lauramide propyl betaine, 2 to 5 percent ofsodium lauroyl sarcosine, 1 to 3 percent of surfactin, 5 to 12 percent of skin soothing composition, 0.3 to 0.8 percent of glyceryl monooleate, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of emulsified silicone oil, 0.1 to0.2 percent of citric acid, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of parachlormetaxylenol, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of coconut oil monoethanolamide, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of salicylic acid, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of essence, 0.3 to1 percent of ethanol solution with the concentration being 75 to 80 percent , and the balance of deionized water. The hand sanitizer provided by the invention has the advantages of fast foaming and fast defoaming; the shortest extinction time of residual foams in a hand washing sink after hand washing is 6min; the hand sanitizer has low irritation on sensitive skins and can be used for a long time.
