The cabinet body has a cavity which is internally provided with a communication element and communication equipment,and the cabinet body and the cabinet door form a closed structure. A lighting lamp is installed on the top part of a rain cover. The power of the lighting lamp is supplied by a power supply device arranged in the cabinet body. The lighting lamp is electrically connected with a DC signal controller and an LED driving module. The power supply device comprises an independent working solar storage cell and 220V commercial power. Free switching of the solar storage cell and the 220V commercial power is performed through a light induction module and a solar storage cell quantity detection module. The power supply device communicates with the lighting lamp through the LED driving module and the DC signal controller. The communication device is moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant and can realize power supply switching and has high stability.
