The method comprises the following steps of: irradiating the liquid to be measured in an optical sound pool by using a laser beam, exciting to generate an optical sound signal; acquiring the optical acoustic signal, and processing to obtain an intensity value of the optical acoustic signal; when the concentration of the liquid to be measured changes, the absorption proportion of the laser is also changed, the intensity value of the optical sound signal is finally influenced, and the high-precision measurement of the liquid concentration is realized by utilizing the intensity value of the optical acoustic signal; gold nanoparticles with a surface modification layer are added to the liquid to be tested. The surface modification layer is molecules capable of specifically binding to the substance to be tested of the liquid to be tested.
