The method also includes requesting and receiving, by the network access point, a first subset of the data stream from the server via the second connection, and storing the first subset in a buffer memory of the network access point. The method also includes receiving, via the network access point, the application's request to the server to send the second subset of data streams to the application. Here, the first subset includes the second subset. The method also includes sending a second subset of the data stream from the buffer memory to the application via the first connection.
