Abstract

The invention provides a quick forming culture method for dragon fruit bonsai and relates to the technical field of plant culture. The method comprises the following steps: (1) shearing a branch intostem sections of 18-22cm, soaking the treated stem sections in a 800-time Lunason bactericide for 20-30 min, and putting the stem sections in a ventilating place to be aired; (2) putting pebbles and river sand on the bottom of a flower pot, then pouring bagasse, sawdust, vermiculite and perlite, and finally, paving nutritional soil and digging 3-4cm plant holes in the middle of the nutritional soil; (3) soaking the bases of the aired stem sections into 75% alcohol to be disinfected for 5 s and then inserting the stem sections to premixed powder of rooting powder and plant ash, then inserting the stem sections into the plant holes and transferring the same into a greenhouse; and (4) starting to water the stem sections after planting of 6-10 days, watering the stem sections every 10-15 days,applying urea and a potassium sulfate fertilizer after planting of 20-25 days, and binding the dragon fruit seedlings and bamboo poles with ropes after 15-20 days.
