With the method provided by the invention, flexible calculation of related performance parameters of the SOC isrealized by using the tested data fully under the circumstance that performance parameter testing is carried out once only based on the standard testing condition, so that repeated testing for different usage zones is avoided and thus consumption of testing resources is reduced.
