The method comprises the steps of selecting an image meeting a preset condition from preprocessed magnetic resonance images; performing image segmentation on the image meeting the preset condition to obtain a target image in which a region of interest is segmented out; and according to a position relationship among the magnetic resonance images and the target image, segmenting other images in the magnetic resonance images. Therefore, the purpose of automatically performing the image segmentation on the magnetic resonance images is achieved; and moreover, the magnetic resonance images obtained by one-time imaging are subjected to the image segmentation according to the position relationship among the magnetic resonance images during the one-time imaging, so that the image segmentation efficiency is improved.
