The method comprisesthe steps of receiving a protocol data signing request sent by an application server through the management server; based on the protocol data signing request, generating a second block according toa data identifier and an eigenvalue of a first block, adding the second block to the block chain to obtain an updated block chain; and establishing a corresponding relationship between a personal useridentifier and the second block in a first index table.
