The grounding transfer wire clamp comprises a clamping mechanism, an erecting mechanism and a mounting mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism is used for clamping a wire; the erecting mechanism comprises an erecting ring, and the erecting ring sleeves the periphery of the wire and is used for erecting of agrounding wire; and the mounting mechanism is used for mounting the erecting ring on the clamping mechanism and can enable the erecting ring and the clamping mechanism to be conducted. The wire grounding structure comprises a wire, a grounding wire and a grounding transfer wire clamp. Due to the arrangement of the erecting ring, when the wire needs to be grounded, the clamping mechanism clamps thewire, one end of the grounding wire is erected on the erecting ring, grounding operation of the wire is realized, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the grounding efficiency ishigh; due to the arrangement of the annular erecting ring, an electric field at the grounding position is uniformly distributed along the annular erecting ring, grounding is ensured to be safe and reliable, the grounding wire can be erected from multiple angles due to the annular erecting ring, and the erecting position selection perplexity brought by limitation of the grounding space can be avoided.
