In the embodiment of the invention, the array unit can be a basic constitutional unit with a lowest detecting array surface of the phased array radar. The phased array radar has advantages of small size, flexible configuration and low cost. Dense array configuration and sparse array configuration can be realized according to differentradar services, thereby realizing tile type integration of the array elements of the phased array radar.
