Abstract

The invention discloses a propeller power meter for a cavitation tunnel and relates to the field of a propeller hydrodynamic measuring device. A transmission system of the power meter is fixed on a cylinder body by a single-arm support frame and a double-arm support frame. An input shaft is in a thrust bearing set and is connected to the transmission system through a coupling. The thrust bearing set is connected to an opening cylinder section which is threadingly connected to a shaft sleeve of the transmission system. Two ends of a thrust torque sensor are connected to the input shaft and a paddle shaft, a signal input line of the thrust torque sensor passes through a hollow portion of the input shaft, is transferred through a slip ring, then goes out of the sealing ring and is connected to a signal output line in a watertight junction box. An end of the paddle shaft is supported by a water-lubricated bearing in a sealing sleeve. A contraction section is connected to a thrust bearing set and an end sealing sleeve through threads. The space where the thrust torque sensor is located is watertight and communicates with the atmosphere. The effects of small interference to a flow fieldand convenient disassembly and assembly of the paddle shaft are achieved.
