Abstract

The invention relates to a dual-polarization near-field measurement probe, and the measurement probe comprises a first antenna unit, a second antenna unit, and a metal isolation strip. Each of the first antenna unit and the second antenna unit includes a dielectric substrate; a radiation unit which is provided with an exponential groove and a transition groove, wherein the exponential groove and the transition groove are arranged in the middle of the radiation unit, and the exponential groove is connected with the transition groove; a feeding unit which is arranged on a second plate surface; ametal via hole which passes through the dielectric substrate and is electrically connected with the radiation unit and the feeding unit. The first antenna unit is in clamping connection with the second antenna unit, and the metal isolation strip is disposed on the second plate surface of the dielectric substrate of the first antenna unit or the second antenna unit, and is located between the feeding unit of the first antenna unit and the feeding unit of the second antenna unit. The measurement probe solves a problem that the cross polarization level of a conventional probe is too high throughthe introduction of the metal isolation strip, and also solves a problem of poor isolation degree of the conventional probe.
