Abstract

The present invention relates to a system for detecting, removing, transferring, and recovering incompletely dried raw materials from raw materials having gone through a drying process, which comprises: a transfer device for transferring raw materials having gone through a drying process; a load cell for measuring the weight of the raw materials transferred through the transfer device; a raw material receiving unit for receiving the measured raw materials from the load cell when the weight of the measured raw materials is greater than a range value of the weight of other raw materials or greater than a predetermined reference weight; a thermal imaging camera for capturing the raw materials received by the raw material receiving unit; an incompletely-dried raw material determining unit foracquiring temperature information on the captured raw materials by analyzing image data captured by the thermal imaging camera, and determining whether the captured raw materials are incompletely-dried raw materials on the basis of the acquired temperature information; and an incompletely-dried raw material receiving unit for receiving the incompletely-dried raw materials from the raw material receiving unit.
