Abstract
The invention provides a fluidized bed thermogravimetric analysis system for real-time accurate measurement of gas-solid reaction kinetics. The system comprises a gas path unit, a fluidized bed reactor unit and a data collection unit, wherein the gas path unit is used for realizing a gas inlet path and a gas outlet path of a gas-solid reaction, and a weight sensor is placed at the bottom of a fluidized bed for obtaining a mass change of the entire fluidized bed in the reaction process. The fluidized bed thermogravimetric analysis system provided by the invention firstly proposes a method for measuring the overall mass of a fluidized bed reactor by using the weight sensor so as to obtain the gas-solid reaction kinetics under a fluidized bed condition according to the mass change, and the feasibility of the method is proved by experimental verification. Compared with the conventional micro-fluidized bed, a real-time distortion-free weight signal is used as an original signal to avoid a measurement distortion phenomenon of the gas signal caused by gas mixed diffusion.
