Problems solved by technology

However, there are still some problems in this method: when using a radon meter to measure the radon production rate in soil, leakage and back-diffusion effects are not considered; in addition, according to the calculation method of this scheme, the important data soil porosity η adopts the soil porosity The type look-up table can be approximated or taken back to the laboratory for measurement. The accuracy of the value is not high, which will lead to large errors in the obtained data, and the soil potential radon concentration cannot be accurately obtained.

Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for sampling and measuring surface soil to obtain soil potential radon concentration by using an electrostatic collection emanometer. The method comprisesa sampling process and a measuring and calculating process, and can quickly obtain an accurate soil potential radon concentration by a simple calculation method. A measurement system is closed by a sealing cover to form a closed loop gas path measurement device to improve the accuracy of the measurement. When measuring the production rate of radon and soil porosity for sampled soil, the decay, leakage and anti-diffusion effects of the radon are taken into consideration. An electrostatic collection manometer is used, the concentration of the radon is deduced reversely by the concentration of Po-218, and the accurate soil potential radon concentration is quickly calculated by using a nonlinear fitting algorithm, which saves measurement time since it is needless to wait for the concentrationof the radon in a measurement device to be stable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nuclear radiation detection technology, in particular to a method and a device for sampling and measuring surface soil by using an electrostatic collection radon measuring instrument to obtain the concentration of soil potential radon. Background technique [0002] Rocks and soils contain natural radioactive element uranium (radium), and the parent element uranium (radium) decays to produce radioactive radon gas. The chemical element radon, also known as radon, is a chemical element. The usual elemental form of radon is radon gas, which is a colorless, odorless, tasteless inert gas and is radioactive. When people inhale it, the decayed alpha particles of radon can cause radiation damage in the human respiratory system and cause lung cancer. [0003] Soil radon concentration is closely related to the indoor radon level of low-rise buildings and the radon level of underground buildings. Before design and construction, the soi...
