Abstract

The invention relates to a cement-based material for adsorbing and solidifying chloride ions and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the field of durability of cement-based materials. The cement-based material comprises the following raw materials in part by weight: 90-560 parts of Portland cement, 10-30 parts of dispersing agent, 2-6 parts of graphdiyne nano-material, 30-280 parts of phosphorus slag powder, 20-250 parts of quicklime and 70-375 parts of mixing water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying the phosphorus slag powder by adopting the quicklime andplacing the dispersing agent and the graphdiyne nano-material in the mixing water for dissolution to prepare a dispersed suspension; adding the graphdiyne suspension in the Portland cement doped withthe phosphorus slag powder to stir and performing vibratory compaction molding on a stirred graphdiyne cement slurry pouring mold; de-molding after standard curing of a sample to a specified time. The cement-based material has good abilities to adsorb and solidify the chloride ions and can significantly improve the durability of reinforced concrete; meanwhile, the pressure of natural resources iseffectively relieved by efficient utilization of the phosphorus slag powder, so that the purposes of energy saving and emission reduction, building material recycling and green industrialization areachieved.
