The device comprises components of an input module which receives a first pressure signal and a second pressure signalfrom different positions of a blood vessel; a follower that receives the first pressure signal and the second pressure signal and follows the first pressure signal and the second pressure signal andoutputs the first follow signal and the second follow signal, respectively; a selection module that selects a first follow signal or a second follow signal output from the follower and outputs the selected follow signal as a target pressure signal based on the follower; and an analog-to-digital conversion module that samples the target pressure signal. According to the invention, the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal can be improved, and the sampling accuracy of the sampling signal can be improved.
