Abstract

The crushing and mixing device comprises a box body, feeding openings, a first-stage crushing device, a conic table, a second-stage crushing channel, second-stage crushing devices, a crushing and mixing device body, a disc, a discharging opening, inclined plates and a crushing barrel. The feeding openings are arranged in the left side and the right side of the upper end of the box body. The first-stage crushing device is arranged in the middle of the box body. The crushing barrel is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the top of the box body. The conic table is arranged at the inner bottom of the crushing barrel. Openings are formed in the positions, corresponding to the left side and the right sideof the conic table, of the crushing barrel and communicate with the second-stage crushing channel. The second-stage crushing devices are arranged on the left side and the right side of the second-stage crushing channel. The crushing and mixing device body is fixedly mounted on the outer portion of the middle of the second-stage crushing channel. The disc is fixedly mounted at the lower end of thesecond-stage crushing channel. The position, corresponding to the lower portion of the disc, of the discharging opening is inclined downwards. The crushing and mixing device is excellent in practicaleffect, the raw materials are subjected to multi-stage crushing and are mixed evenly, no accumulation is generated in the crushing process, and the overall structure is relatively stable.
