The stop lever assembly comprises a cross beam and a sliding block, wherein the cross beam is provided with a first rack which is arranged in the length direction of the cross beam; the sliding block sleeves the cross beam and can move along the cross beam, the sliding block comprises a stop lever, a second rack and a fixing device, and the stop lever extends outwards from the sliding block; the second rack is arranged opposite to the first rack; the fixing device is used for adjusting the distancebetween the first rack and the second rack by applying acting force to the cross beam, and in a state that the first rack is meshed with the second rack, the sliding block is fixed relative to the cross beam.
