Abstract

The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating diarrhea and a preparation method and use thereof. Specifically, the pharmaceutical composition is prepared from the following raw materials in weight proportion: 400-600 parts of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and 400-600 parts of ginseng. The experimental results show that the pharmaceutical composition of the invention can remarkably increase the body weight, thymus and spleen index of 5-FU chemotherapy mice inhibited the pathological changes of ileocolon and alleviated diarrhea.
