According to the environmental adjustment part, a temperature and humidity adjusting device is adopted to adjust the environmental parameters in the wine cellar. The control part includes a control unit for system control and data processing, a wireless communication unit for realizing data transmission between the collection nodes and a pre-judging unit for performing statistics and calculation on environmental change trends, wherein the pre-judging unit comprises a data statistics unit, a data comparison unit and a data calculation unit.
