Abstract

The invention discloses a wear-resisting self-lubricating coating and a preparation method. The method aims at improving tribology performance of the surface of a matrix and improving wear-resisting performance and antifriction performance of the matrix, and is suitable for alloys: high-strength steel, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys and the like. The wear-resisting self-lubricating coating is prepared by taking alumina-based powder and molybdenum disulfide powder as a raw material, wherein the weight ratio of the alumina-based powder to the molybdenum disulfide powder is (70 to 90) to (10 to30). The preparation method comprises the following steps of adding deionized water and a PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) binder to the raw material by taking a mixture of the alumina-based powder and the molybdenum disulfide powder as the raw material, and then, putting in a ball mill and performing ball milling; drying obtained mixed slurry, performing heat preservation and making a molybdenum disulfide lubricating phase-contained composite powder, and crushing the composite powder into powder and screening the crushed powder to obtain mixed powder; and spraying mixed powder to the surface of low-alloy super-strength steel by employing a plasma spraying technology to form a molybdenum disulfide lubricating phase-contained plasma spraying alumina-based wear-resisting coating.
