The electrocardiograph data segmentation method comprises the following steps of: preprocessing electrocardiograph data to be segmented to obtain a plurality of data slices, wherein the data slices comprise a plurality of continuous data sampling points on the time dimension; inputtingthe data slices into a first segmentation model and a second segmentation model which are built and trained in advance respectively in order to obtain a first segmentation result and a second segmentation result of each data sampling point in each data slice respectively; acquiring a segmentation result of the electrocardiograph data to be segmented according to the first segmentation result and the second segmentation result of each data sampling point in order to obtain a final segmentation result according to the two segmentation results. By adopting the electrocardiograph data segmentationmethod and device, the problem of low segmentation accuracy due to the adoption of conventional threshold difference segmentation is solved.
