Embodiment Construction

[0032] according to Figures 1 to 10 , the proposed furniture manufacturing method consists of extruding profiles using three pieces of honeycomb polymer, the profiles (A) being formed from thin elongated shapes provided with an outer wall (1) supported by an inner structural wall (2), showing In the center the support (3) can receive a screw (D) through a hole (4). The lateral end of the profile (A) has on one side an outer flexible flap (5), a flange (6) provided with an inner flexible flap (7). The opposite side end has an outer flexible flap (8) and a fitting (9) provided with an outer flexible flap (10).

[0033] The profile (B) is formed by a thin elongated shape provided with an outer wall (11) supported by an inner structural wall (12), showing in the center a support (13) capable of receiving a screw (D) through a hole (14) . The lateral ends of the profile (B) show an angled structure (15) internally provided with external flexible flaps (16). The opposite side e...

Abstract

The present invention patent relates to an innovative method for manufacturing furniture using extruded polymer cellular profiles that provides a marketable sustainable product that can be exposed tomoisture. The object of the present invention patent is a method that uses three extruded polymer cellular profiles (A, B and C), the extruded profile (A) being fitted to the profile (B) by insertingthe flanges (6) into the angular form (15), same being anchored by the contact between the flexible outer fins (5) and the flexible fins (9). Joining the profiles (A) and (C) together enables the intermediate fitting that can enable fastening of the shelves, same for example being anchored by inserting the projection (9) into the angular forms (21), same being fastened by contact between the flexible outer fins (8) and the flexible outer fins (22), enabling formation of a set of three parts, specifically one profile (C) and two profiles (A). The proposed method also enables two profiles (A) tobe joined by joining the flexible outer fins (10) of the projection (9), same being anchored to the flexible inner fins (7) of the flanges (6). Once the three profiles (A, B and C), which may be back, bases and shelves, have been fitted, the piece of furniture is half-finished, and the sides are assembled using profiles (B) that are also fitted to the back, which indexes and positions same, enabling the use of self-tapping screws (D) attached to the orifice (14) of the supporting element (13), enabling the piece of furniture to be anchored within the profiles (A, B and C), thereby improving the finish in consideration of the cellular structure thereof, same being finished subsequently with the cover (E) to conceal the hole and the screw. Finally, the cutting edge is covered by an adhesivebelt.

Description

Background technique [0001] The present invention mainly concerns an innovative method of manufacturing furniture using extruded polymer profiles, able to offer the market a product that is exposed to moisture and is sustainable. Background technique [0002] The environment has undergone profound changes over the years, and during many global crises there has been a realization that natural resources can be depleted. Global warming, climate change, and various natural disasters have increased the need to reconsider the consumption and use of these resources. [0003] Although we consider industrial production, there is no scientific production at all, but industrial transformation through the extraction of raw materials belonging to natural resources. Considering the long-term destruction of soil and forest cover by humans, which endangers the ecosystem, it must be To find alternatives to natural resources. [0004] Traditionally, the manufacture of residential and commer...
