The invention provides a
powder-based Janus double-layer hydrogel capable of forming gel in situ at an anastomotic
stoma. The
powder-based Janus double-layer hydrogel consists of a
powder adhesion layer and a photocuring anti-adhesion layer, and can be formed on the surface of an anastomotic
stoma in situ; when the precursor powder particles are hydrated after being in contact with
digestive tract mucus,
aldehyde groups and amino groups are dissociated, the
aldehyde groups and the amino groups are subjected to
Schiff base reaction, chemical crosslinking is induced to be formed among the precursor powder particles, and meanwhile, a loose porous structure formed by stacking the precursor powder is fixed and maintained; therefore, a complete, continuous, loose and porous powder adhesion layer hydrogel network is obtained; the photocuring anti-sticking layer is formed by initiating a precursor solution through
ultraviolet light, and the precursor solution comprises 15% by
mass of poly-zwitterionic macromolecules, 5% by
mass of methacrylated biomacromolecules and a
phosphate buffer solution of a
photoinitiator LAP. According to the present invention, the in-situ
gel forming can be performed on the anastomotic
stoma surface, and advantages of rapid wet adhesion, good wrapping property, good
biocompatibility,
corrosion resistance, easy operation and the like are provided.
