The device is provided with liquid spraying holes arranged in a honeycomb manner so that mist spraying effects of a disinfectant are better and spraying is more uniform; medical instruments on a disinfection tray can be rotated as a whole and a disinfectant sprayer head can reciprocate left and right, thus further expanding the disinfection range of the disinfectant sprayer head, allowing the coverage area of the disinfectant sprayed by the disinfectant sprayer head to be larger, and making disinfection effects better and more uniform; and castors are provided to facilitate movement of the whole disinfection device by people.
