Abstract

The invention belongs to a method used for improving the smell of automobile instrument boards. The method comprises following steps: a slush moulding system is used for providing PVC surfaces, wherein the slush moulding system is provided with a plurality of heating boxes, and 210 to 230 DEG C waste gas is exhausted by the heating boxes; the exhausted waste gas is divided into 80 to 100 DEG C lowtemperature gas flow and 130 to 150 DEG C high temperature gas flow; the low temperature gas flow is introduced into a baking box, the temperature of the baking box is increased to 60 to 120 DEG C through combination of the self heating capacity of the baking box, the PVC surfaces are introduced into the baking box for 2 to 6h of baking using the low temperature gas flow. According to the method,waste gas heat energy from slush moulding technology is recycled for baking of the demoulded PVC surfaces, so that harmful substances left in the PVC surfaces are released at high temperature states,so that the smell of automobile instrument board PVC surfaces can be improved reliably, and reduction of the quality of air in automobiles caused by the pungent smell of the PVC surfaces in using isavoided.
