Embodiment Construction

[0018] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0019] A kind of organic acid combined fertilization improves the method for the restoration efficiency of hyperaccumulative plant algae, comprising the following steps:

[0020] (1) Select the full-bodied seeds of Chickweed to sow in the seedbed, and place them in the greenhouse for cultivation. The temperature of the greenhouse is kept constant at 20-35°C. After the seeds germinate, irrigate them once a week with Hoagland nutrient solution, and keep the soil moisture at about 80% of the field water capacity on weekdays. When the seedlings grow 4 to 6 true leaves and the height is 3 to 4 cm, they are transplanted for pot experiment.

[0021] (2) Planted 6 A. chinensis seedlings with the same growth status in the cadmium-contaminated soil (collected from Side Village, Yangshuo, Guilin, the cadmium content i...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the remediation efficiency of a hyperaccumulator feather cockscomb with organic acid matched with fertilization. The method comprises the following steps: sowing plump feather cockscomb seeds in a seedbed, placing the seedbed in a greenhouse for cultivation and transplanting for a pot experiment; planting six selected feather cockscomb seedlings withconsistent growth conditions into cadmium polluted soil; adding the following additives: citric acid, urea, monocalcium phosphate and potassium chloride into the soil, in which three of the six feather cockscomb seedlings are located, two weeks after transplantation; performing water and fertilizer management on the feather cockscomb with a conventional method. An experiment shows that the removalamount of soil cadmium is 0.19mg-0.22mg per plant through a treatment group added with the citric acid and fertilizer, and the removal amount is increased by 20 times than a contrast group, and the method is extremely obvious in effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of phytoremediation, and relates to a method for improving the restoration efficiency of hyperaccumulative plant green beetles by fertilizing with organic acids, in particular, to a method for improving hyperaccumulation by adding a certain amount of organic acid and chemical fertilizer to Cd-contaminated soil Method for remediation efficiency of Cd-contaminated soil by Celosia argentea Linn. Background technique [0002] Soil is one of the natural resources that human beings depend on for survival. With the rapid economic development and population growth, soil pollution is becoming more and more serious, especially soil heavy metal pollution. From 2005 to 2013, my country carried out the first national soil pollution survey, and the results showed that the rate of over-standard points of cultivated land in my country reached 19.4%, among which the over-standard rate of soil Cd (7.0%) was the highest among...
