Problems solved by technology

The ceiling occupies a very important position in the whole room decoration. At present, in the field of architectural ceilings, the ceilings often use decorative materials such as aluminum gusset plates and gypsum boards. This kind of ceiling system only has a decorative function. The installation of lamps for lighting not only increases the cumbersomeness of construction, but also makes the decoration space not simple enough. In addition, the lamps are scattered and arranged, and the uniformity of illumination is not high, which makes the personnel working under the lamps prone to visual fatigue
[0003] However, indoor cooling pipelines are complex, occupy a large area, and buildings must have a certain amount of ventilation. It is very meaningful to combine cooling, lighting, and ventilation with the ceiling for modular production and use.

Embodiment

[0027] Such as Figure 1-3 shown. The invention discloses a ceiling system integrating cooling, ventilation and lighting, which comprises an air channel 2 formed by splicing partitions 3, the lower side of the air channel 2 is the air outlet side 22; the inner top of the air channel 2 is clothed with Cooling pipe 1;

[0028] A row of C-shaped curved reflective sheets 4 is installed in an array on the air outlet side 22 of the air duct 2; each arc reflective sheet 4 is arranged in the same direction, and the head and the tail are arranged in a line and installed obliquely on the air duct 2 in the same direction. On the frame, its inclination direction is the same as or opposite to the air flow direction of the air duct 2;

[0029] An illuminating light source 5 is installed on the structural frame of the air outlet side 22 below the curved reflective sheet 4 .

[0030] When the inclination direction of the curved reflective sheet 4 is consistent with the air flow direction, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a ceiling system for integrating cooling, ventilation and illumination. The ceiling system comprises a ventilation way spliced by separation plates; the lower side of the ventilation way is an exhaust side; a cooling pipe is coiled at the top in the ventilation way; a row of C-shaped arc surface reflecting pieces is mounted on the exhaust side of the ventilation way in an array mode; the arc surface reflecting pieces are spaced end to end in the same direction for horizontal arrangement, and are aslant mounted on a structure frame of the ventilation way, and the inclined directions are the same with or different from the flowing direction of air currents in the ventilation way; an illumination light source is mounted on the structure frame on the exhaust side underthe arc surface reflecting pieces; and when the inclined directions of the arc surface reflecting pieces are consistent with the flowing direction of the air currents, a windward arrangement mode is formed; and otherwise, an anti-windward arrangement mode is formed. The ceiling system is beautiful in structure and flexible in modular assembly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a ceiling system, in particular to a ceiling system integrating cooling, ventilation and lighting. Background technique [0002] The ceiling system is one of the important parts of the interior. In addition, the lamps are scattered and arranged, and the uniformity of illumination is not high, which makes the personnel working under the lamps prone to visual fatigue. [0003] However, indoor cooling pipelines are complex, occupy a large area, and buildings must have a certain amount of ventilation. It is...
