The invention relates to a lens for LED street lamp. A concave pit is provided in the middle of a first side face of the lens and allowing LED to be arranged therein, and the pit wall of the concave pit forms an incident face; an arcing bulge in the middle of a second side face of the lens forms an emergent face with the shape of pillow; and a totally reflecting face is circumferentially provided around the concave pit on the first side face of the lens. The invention also relates to a LED street lamp, which comprises a frame, and a lighting module arranged on the frame, wherein the lighting module comprises a thermal radiator, a substrate with a LED array, a PCB board with a through-hole array and a lens cap with a lens array. The substrate is provided on the undersurface of the thermal radiator, PCB board is provided on the outer surface of the substrate and connected with each LCD electrode, the lens cap is provided at the outer side of the PCB board, LEDs pass through the through-holes on the PCB board to be accommodated in the concave pit corresponding to the lens, and the lens array is formed by arranging and combining a plurality of above mentioned lenses. The invention can control the distribution of light to form rectangular light spot. The light in the effective illuminated zone is very uniform and there is no parasitic light outside the zone.

The system comprises a main control platform, a servo motor, a servo motor encoder, a slide platform, a slide block, a horizontal slide rail, a fixed high and low frame, a camera and a measured crossbeam. A host is arranged on the main control platform. A motion control card and an image acquisition card are respectively inserted in PCI insertion slots of the host. The host is connected with the servo motor through the motion control card. The servo motor encoder is coaxially connected with the servo motor. The servo motor is fixed on the slide platform. The slide platform is matched and connected with the horizontal slide rail through the slide block. The horizontal slide rail is arranged on the high side of the fixed high and low frame. The host is connected with the camera through the image acquisition card. The camera is arranged on the slide platform through a Z type height adjustable bracket. The measured crossbeam is arranged on the low side of the fixed high and low frame. According to the invention, non-contact and full-automatic high speed on-line measurement is carried out on the hole diameter and the hole site size of an automobile crossbeam assembly hole; and the system and the method are especially suitable for the measurement of the crossbeam with nonuniform assembly hole distribution and without assembly holes in certain areas.

The invention belongs to the field of optical lenses, and particularly relates to a one-step packaging LED (Light Emitting Diode) lens with a free curve and a design method of the same. The lens comprises a plane and the free curve, wherein the plane corresponds to an inner surface, and the free curve corresponds to an outer surface and is used for realizing uniform illumination and rectangular light distribution. When a light emitting surface of an LED chip emits light beams, the light beams are received by a primary lens after being refracted through the inner surface, and are emitted on a road surface through the free curve. The shape of the free curve is obtained through numerical solution based on the energy conservation law and the requirements for the illumination uniformity. As the one-step packaging lens comprises the free curve, all light emitted by LEDs can illuminate the road surface; thus, the utilization rate of the light beams is increased, and the 'zebra pattern effect' is avoided. The invention relates to a novel alcohol degree detection method and apparatus, especially relates to an detection method and apparatus based on a color sensitive material, wherein the detection method and apparatus are used to detect the alcohol degree during the fermentation process in real time, and belongs to the fields of fermented product raw material utilization and quality control. The apparatus comprises an upper computer, three CCD cameras, a LED integrating sphere light source, a base, a gas reaction chamber, an air inlet, an air outlet, a vacuum pump, a gas collecting probe with a special filter screen, and a temperature sensor. After the gas collected by the gas colleting probe reaches the gas reaction chamber, the gas reacts with the color sensitive material sensor arrays, which are adhered on the polyvinylidene difluoride membrane in the array area of a gas sensor; the color sensitive material is sensitive to alcohol, and thus the alcohol degree can be determined by watching the color change after the color sensitive material reacts with ethanol. The provided method and apparatus has the advantages that the operation is simple and convenient, the method is intelligent; the apparatus is simplified and is convenient to move; at the same time the detection system cost is reduced; and furthermore, the provided apparatus can be used to detect liquid alcohol and semi-solid alcohol.
