The distillation extraction step is divided into two distillation stages; in the first distillation stage, the pressure of injected water vapor is 0.3-0.6 Mpa, and the distillation time is 3-10 minutes; in the second distillation stage, the pressure of the injected water vapor is 0.05-0.2 Mpa, and the distillation time is 70-120 minutes.
