percutaneous spinal cord electrical stimulator which comprises a
switching power supply module, a power supply module, an MCU, an
electrotherapy power supply module 1, an
electrotherapy power supply module 2, a
voltage sampling module 1, a
voltage sampling module 2, a power
amplifier driving module, a power
amplifier current sampling module and a power
amplifier voltage sampling module. According to the invention,
intermediate frequency waves of 10kHz are adopted as carrier
waves, so that the impedance of
human skin can be reduced, the current efficiency and
penetration depth of treatment are improved, meanwhile, the pricking feeling of the
skin can be reduced, and the comfort is improved; however, the single carrier wave lacks a low-frequency
treatment effect, so that after the low-frequency envelope
signal is superposed on the carrier wave, the low-frequency envelope
signal has a good
curative effect on nerve regulation and
muscle rehabilitation; the
system has the advantages of being simple in circuit, safe, reliable, good in comfort, capable of being miniaturized and the like, and is suitable for clinical application such as
spinal cord injury,
stroke rehabilitation, neurogenic bladder and analgesia treatment and the like.
