The method comprises the following steps of: arranging a plurality of intelligent agents in the distribution network and establishing a modeled multilevel multi-verification short-circuit fault positioning rule for different operating modes of the distribution network; in the operation process of the distribution network, monitoring operation information of a local current distribution network in real time through each distributed intelligent agent; once the current is out of limit, sending a current out-of-limit signal to the directly-adjacent intelligent agent and a superior intelligent agent and checking whether a short-circuit fault early-warning signal exists locally; if so, assuring that the short-circuit fault happens locally; otherwise, waiting for receiving the current out-of-limit signal sent by the directly-adjacent intelligent agent; and after delaying the signal for time t, according to the local current out-of-limit signal and the received current out-of-limit signal, carrying out rule matching and multi-condition calibration to determine a fault diagnosis result by utilizing a local short-circuit fault positioning rule library and combining a wiring type of the distribution network and the position of the intelligent agent.

The method is simple in operation and significant in effect. The graphene and carbon nanotube skeleton has a high specific surface area, and is capable of effectively reducing the local current density, endowing the electrode with flexible characteristics and achieving fast ion transportation; and the graphene and carbon nanotube skeleton is capable of promoting uniform lithium deposition and inhibiting growth of lithium dendrites, thereby achieving the flexible quick-charging lithium metal battery.

Fuel cell system

A fuel cell system including a fuel cell stack having a plurality of single cells stacked on one another, each single cell including an anode to which fuel gas can be supplied, a cathode to which oxidizing gas can be supplied, and a solid polymer electrolyte membrane interposed between the anode and the cathode. The oxidizing gas and the fuel gas are configured for counter-flow with respect to each other. A cell voltage detector detects a cell voltage at a cathode outlet-side of a single cell. A total voltage detector detects a total voltage of the fuel cell stack. A cell voltage difference computing unit is configured to determine an average cell voltage from the total cell voltage detector and a minimum cell voltage from the cell voltage detector and to compute a difference between the average cell voltage and the minimum cell voltage. A stack current detector detects electric current in the fuel cell stack. An anode outlet local current detector detects a local current at an anode outlet-side of the fuel cell stack. A current density-computing unit is configured to compute a stack current density from the stack current detector and an anode outlet local current density from the anode outlet local current detector. A wet state-judging unit is configured to judge a wet state of the fuel cell stack based on the difference between the average cell voltage and the minimum cell voltage, and based on the difference between the stack current density and the anode outlet local current density.

When measuring the current distribution of the fuel cell, fixing the measuring control plate on the surface of the fuel cell; exerting the energized sine exciting current outputted by the exciting source on a energizing coil of a magnetic ring to generate a saturated alternating magnetic field in the magnetic ring; overlapping the magnetic field generated by the fuel cell interior distribution current on the magnetic ring to enable the excited waveform and harmonic of the magnetic field alternating-current component in the saturation state to be changed; obtaining the overlapped exterior magnetic field through measuring the change by the coil; then demodulating the current size of the area corresponding to the magnetic ring by the formula in the measuring principle. The method of the invention can be used for monitoring whether the local bad change exists or not, can prevent the fault and the danger of total current caused by overlarge local current density under normal range. The measuring apparatus has characteristics of simple structure, low cost and being easy to make.
