Below the center plane, the same structure extends from the lower magnetic pole cover and is positioned within a protruding large cylinder outside the lower magnetic pole cover. The irregularly shaped internal rod connection structure forms symmetrical, non-concentric S-shaped semicircular connections at the upper and lower ends of the two internal rods in the high-frequency cavity, or symmetrical, concentric annular semicircular connections. By employing this irregularly shaped internal rod connection structure, this invention achieves a high quality factor while maintaining the cavity volume even with increased internal rod length.
