The invention discloses a
discharge management method and
system based on UPS inversion and
voltage regulation and control, and relates to the technical field of uninterruptible power supplies, and the
system comprises a battery state sensing module, a load power monitoring module, a battery
health assessment module, an
inverter operation boundary calculation module, a
voltage regulation and control execution module, a
discharge termination control module, an
energy recovery power supply module and the like. The core of the method is as follows: collecting battery and load data in real time, dynamically correcting a
discharge termination
voltage threshold by combining a battery aging model, and calculating a dynamic voltage
lower limit constraint required by an
inverter; in the discharging process, the stability of the voltage of the direct-current
bus is ensured by reducing the power of the
inverter or starting the dual-mode regulation and control of the booster circuit; and finally, battery
electric energy is inverted into standard
alternating current to be used by a load, and traditional
resistor energy consumption is replaced. According to the invention, the problems of unstable voltage, energy waste, battery life loss, poor dynamic adaptability and the like in the traditional UPS discharge management are solved, and the high efficiency, safety and intelligence of the discharge process are realized.
