The molecular marker composition consists of 17SNP and InDel markers, and primer sequences for amplifying the molecular marker composition are shown in SEQ ID NO:1-18 respectively. The molecular marker composition expands the available marker siterange of eggplants, and the method for indentifying 12 parts of eggplant germplasm resources by the molecular marker composition is simple to operate, high in accuracy and reliable in result. The molecular marker composition has important theoretical and application values in aspects of eggplant germplasm resource identification, DNA fingerprint drawing, variety protection and management and thelike.
